Shriners Hospital for Children: Intermountain invites you to support our annual Un-Limb-ited Camp for amputees. With your generous support, 10-12 campers will spend 5 days and 4 nights learning to ski/snowboard or white water rafting. The campers not only learn active lifestyle skills, but independence while providing them an opportunity to interact with peers who are also amputees. We would like to extend to you the opportunity to become a Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze level sponsor.
Platinum Level-cost $1,500
Your logo/ name prominently placed on the sponsor web link to distinguish your company as a major part of the experience
2 camp sweatshirts or t-shirts ( it changes yearly so we will send what is provided to campers etc...)

Gold Level-cost $500

The deadline to receive your check and your logo artwork( jpeg, tiff, eps formats) for our next years camp is Dec 1st. Donations received after the deadline may be applied to the following year.
