Shriners Hospital for Children: Salt Lake City invites you to support our annual Un-Limb-ited Camp for amputees.  With your generous support, approximately 30 campers per year will spend 5 days and 4 nights learning to ski/snowboard or white water rafting. The campers not only learn active lifestyle skills, but independence while providing them an opportunity to interact with peers who are also amputees.  We would like to extend to you the opportunity to become a Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze level sponsor.           

Platinum Level-cost $15,000 - $20,000+

·         Prominent logo recognition as a lead sponsor on the Un-Limb-ited website, 2012 Un-Limb-ited Camp t-shirts and hoodies, and any other marketing and advertising materials associated with the 2012 Un-Limb-ited Camps.

·         2012 Exclusive Un-Limbited Camp Yearbook

·         2012 Un-Limb-ted Camp hooded sweatshirts for four of your executives.

·         2012 Camp DVD, which provides an inside look at 2012 Un-Limb-ited Camps special activities and compelling stories from our amputee camp participants (click hear to see a demonstration).

Gold Level-cost $10,000 - $14,999

·         Logo recognition as a Gold Sponsor on the Un-Limb-ited website, 2012 Un-Limb-ited Camp t-shirts and hoodies, and any other marketing and advertising materials associated with the 2012 Un-Limb-ited Camps.

·         2012 Un-Limb-ted Camp t-shirts for two of your executives.

Silver Level- cost $5,000 - $9,999
